8 marinated artichoke hearts
3 large roasted red peppers, sliced thin
3 mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
4 pepperoncini, sliced
Pasta of your choice, cooked al dente
In skillet add olive oil, artichokes hearts, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and pepperoncini. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute gently while pasta is cooking. Once pasta is done, ladle onto dishes and top with sauce and parmesan cheese.
